RETAINER
- A non-refundable retainer fee of $25 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Credit/Debit (processing fees may apply).
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee of $10 will be added.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.
NO-SHOW POLICY
- No-shows will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full for service.
CLIENT PREPARATION
- Please arrive with a clean face.
- If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, notify me during booking.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
- I strive to provide a flawless and personalized experience. If you have concerns during or after your appointment, please communicate them promptly.
PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
- With your permission, photos may be taken for promotional use on social media and marketing materials.
(WEDDINGS)
RETAINER & PAYMENT
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date.
TRAVEL & ADDITIONAL FEES
- Travel fees apply for locations outside of the Birmingham metropolitan area.
- Early morning fee of $15 applies to services starting before 8:00 AM.
- Parking fees (if applicable) must be covered by the client.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- The retainer is non-refundable and secures your wedding date.
- If the client cancels within 7 days of the wedding, 100% of the remaining balance is due.
- If the artist cancels due to an emergency, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED, or an alternative artist will be provided.
TRIAL MAKEUP POLICY
- Trials must be scheduled at least 8 weeks before the wedding.
- Trial location: 105 Vulcan Road, Ste 315, Birmingham, AL 35209.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients must arrive with a clean face for makeup application.
- Any known skin conditions or allergies must be disclosed before services.
- The client is responsible for ensuring all members receiving services arrive on time.
LIABILITY WAIVER
- The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritations caused by makeup products.
- Professional hygiene practices will be maintained, but the client acknowledges that makeup application is at their own risk.
FORCE MAJEURE
- In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (natural disaster, illness, emergency) that prevents the artist from fulfilling services, every effort will be made to secure a replacement artist or issue a full refund.
