RETAINER
- A non-refundable retainer fee of $25 is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit (processing fees may apply).
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
LATE POLICY
- A 10-minute grace period is provided. After this time, a $10 late fee will be applied.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and considered a no show.
- No-show will result in forfeiture of the retainer and may require full payment prior to booking future services.
NO-SHOW POLICY
- No-shows will forfeit their retainer and will be required to pay in full prior to booking any future services.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS POLICY
- For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all clients, no additional guests are permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
- This policy ensures a calm, professional, and hygienic environment.
Exceptions:
- A parent or legal guardian accompanying a minor
- A caregiver assisting a client
Unauthorized guests may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled without refund.
CLIENT PREPARATION
- Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
- All unwanted facial hair must be removed prior to appointment.
- Any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
- I am committed to providing a flawless and personalized experience.
- Any concerns should be communicated during or immediately following the appointment so they may be addressed promptly.
PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA
- With client permission, photos and/or videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media.
WEDDINGS
RETAINER & PAYMENT
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding date.
TRAVEL & ADDITIONAL FEES
- Travel fees apply to locations outside the Birmingham metropolitan area.
- An early morning fee of $15 applies to services beginning before 8:00 AM.
- Any applicable parking fees are the responsibility of the client.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- The retainer is non-refundable and secures your wedding date.
- If the client cancels within 7 days of the wedding, 100% of the remaining balance is due.
- If the artist must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued, or a qualified replacement artist will be provided when possible.
TRIAL MAKEUP POLICY
- Makeup trials must be scheduled at least 8 weeks prior to the wedding date.
- Trial location: 105 Vulcan Road, Suite 315, Birmingham, AL 35209.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients must arrive with a clean face for makeup application.
- All skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities must be disclosed prior to services.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that all parties receiving services arrive on time.
LIABILITY WAIVER
- The artist is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritations caused by makeup products.
- While professional sanitation standards are upheld, clients acknowledge that makeup application is performed at their own risk.
FORCE MAJEURE
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including natural disasters, illness, or emergencies) preventing the artist from fulfilling services, every effort will be made to secure a replacement artist or issue a full refund.
